  • Familiarium — terms will be published before launch.
  • Etsy purchases — governed by Etsy's Terms of Use and our shop policies on the listing pages.

Permitted use

You may view, share, and link to this site freely. You may not (a) attempt to disrupt or probe the site's security, (b) scrape the site at a rate intended to degrade performance, or (c) misrepresent yourself as Samily or affiliated with Samily.

Intellectual property

The Samily name, logo, app icons, and original copy on this site are the property of Samily LLC. Third-party marks shown on this site (App Store, Google Play, Etsy, and product names) are the property of their respective owners and are used under their permitted-use guidelines.

No warranty

This site is provided "as is" for informational purposes. We make no warranty that the site will be available without interruption or free of errors. Information about products may change, and we may add, remove, or update content at any time.

Limitation of liability
